In 1851 Mary Ann Browley  (Bromley) married (b 1817  Thorp Suffolk) was living at 20 Silver Street Cambridge.
Living with her was her nephew John Tabram ( b 1841 Cambridge)

In 1851 Elizabeth Bromley widow (b 1788 Thorpe Suffolk) was living in City Road Cambridge.
Living with her was her daughter and son-in-law Robert and Elizabeth Tabram. (and children)

I think that John Tabram is the son of Robert & Elizabeth and that Elizabeth Bromley 1788 is probably the mother-in-law of Mary Ann Bromley 1817.

Can anyone see who was the husband of Mary Ann (1817) and where was he living in 1851?

Not seeing Elizabeth in that 1851 census, but there is a Mary Ann Browley (born 1817) with John Tabram.
She is listed as "visitor".

Elizabeth in City Road was the publican of the "Ships Afloat" pub
