Hi there, I'm looking for information on Eliza McQuade, who left Dundalk Union workhouse in County Louth to Port Philip in 1850. She was 15 years old when she arrived in Australia. She married William Swinnerton in Geelong in 1851. Hoping that some of her descendants can shine further light on Eliza's life in Australia, and if theres any photographs of her and her family that would be amazing. I've made contact with Brian Swinnerton, and Brian has kindly informed me that this is the Betley Swinnerton family tree line. Other possible spellings for McQuade, include M'Wade and McQuaid.
