Completed Yorkshire (North Riding) Look up Requests / Vincent Moore of Middlesbrough

Hi,
I am trying to find out about the life of Vincent Moore. He was born in Felling, Co. Durham, in 1896. Sometime after 1911 he moved to Middlesbrough and he died there in 1985. If anyone knows of the man and can give me any further information about him I would be most grateful. One piece of unverifiable information that we have is that he worked in local Government, Mayor??

Can anyone do a marriage look-up in Wolverhampton? Details are:
Marriage between John Hartshorn (b 1806 W'ton) and Mary Ann Cox (b Malta 1810, British subject)
St Peters Wolverhampton Jan 1828. I'm after the Bride and Grooms' parents details and names of any witnesses.

Would someone be able to do a look-up for me please. I'm looking to get information from the marriage details of Thomas Stone and Elizabeth Ann Raffayter (born abt 1848 Wolverhampton). They were married in the !st qtr of 1866 in Wolverhampton. The register details are Vol 6B Page 595. I cannot find any information on Elizabeth so I,m hoping that the certificate may have her fathers details, addresses or, failing that, the names of witnesses.

I'm trying to find a marriage for Isabella Parker Mitchel. I don't know where she was married, apart from Scotland, and I don't know when she was married. She married a Travis McGovern who was my uncle. The time period would be from 1930 to 1947. Can anyone help me please?

Hi,
I have a copy of a birth certificate and the Registration District is shown as "Newcastle Upon Tyne Union". It's dated June 1850 and the Sub-district is All Saints. What is the significance of the word Union"? I've tried googling and it comes up with reference to the Workhouse. Does it refer to births in the Workhouse??
