Harriot Avery lookup please in Kent

Hi could someone please do a lookup for Harriot Avery b 20 Apr 1817 would love to know who her parents were.

Thankyou for the reply, this may be her, but the date I was given came out of the family bible. I know she died 15 Mar 1847 as in Buried in Bromley Kent her married name was Manser.

Are you sure her maiden name was AVERY?  When/where did she marry?  It might give a clue as to her birthplace.

I got this info from her son Walter Manser's birth certificate he was born 29 Aug 1846 in Bromley Kent, it says father Edward Manser  mother Harriott Manser formerly Avery. Edward was a Shoemaker by trade in Bromley Kent.
I have not been able to find any trace of this couple being married, only record I have found is Tenterden 1841 census in the workhouse.

From my own experience you cannot accept that as gospel, I have two instances the same in my own family tree where the dates are wrong.

yes Patrish you maybe right as according to the census in 1840 she was only 15 which is certainly wrong if she was born 1817, I wonder if it is just the year that is wrong, not the actual day and month

Dont forget that in 1841 those over 15 were rounded down to the nearest 5 years , so she may well have been older than listed

  In addition to the baptism record for the Harriet AVERY that Patrish found there is another baptised 6 July 1823 but she was born 31 January 1816 - parents James & Ann (could she be yours - dob not quite right)

The is another baptism for Harriet AVERY daughter of John & Elizabeth 4 December 1831 which is too late to be yours.

I cannot see a marriage for any Hannah AVERY in Staplehurst to eliminate them, nor are there any burials
