Catherine's 1904 marriage was to George Wotton Peeling.  Father is still Daniel Sweeney and he is still deceased!

Spider this gets odder by the minute.
How many George Peelings with wives Kate would there be around?

This is 1891.
RG12; Piece: 189; Folio 43; Page 19;

Now she has suddenly aged, but I thought maybe another coincidence George's first wife was Kate and he then married our Kate but I can't see a death of a Catherine/Kate after 1891 ;D ;D

Mind you a different occupation, a bill poster ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Don't suppoose one of the witnesses at the marriage was Archibald Peeling?

BTW George must have died Kate and Archie are together in 1911.

I *think* George is still with Catherine in 1911, but she is listed as Ann (aged 42, married 7 years, bn in Hackney)  He is 47, boot repairman and bn Norfolk Great Ryburgh.

Interestingly, they say there has been 3 children born to this marriage, all still alive.  None listed though.

George's first/previous wife was Agnes, and there were 3 children on 1901 (I think)

OK The one I found died as George William Peeling, the coincidences still keep coming.
I wish this lot would decide which christian name they want to be known by.

Can't see any trace of Daniel Sweeney or Catherine prior to her marriage though

I thought someone who writes about the London underworld - Martina Cole  ;D ;D ;D ;D

I see George was living in Dalston in 1901 so I bet Catherine was around there somewhere, just trying to guess what she was calling herself.
George's wife Agnes died in 1903 so not long till the remarriage.
