As far as I can see it holds no new clues. All help and tips very welcome!

Magne, that is incredibly bereft of information or anything.

Usually they would have court proceedings, an affadavit, stamp duty receipt, etc.


I guess you could now look to the local council to find out about the property but I doubt that will tell you much, unless he passed it to a descendant who is named on the title.

I thought so too. However, I did not enclose the first page of the two I received. This because of size limits and also that I believed it was not important. I should have mentioned this however.

Looking at the probate i would say it is complete,obviously there was on one else to take out administration so the Public Tustee administered his estate,often in cases where a person dies intestate a family member applies for Letters of Administration
