Have I got this right?

James ASHWORTH born c1838
Father John Ashworth mother Amy (see 1861 census posted)

James seem to have various occ.  Machine beamer (1861c), warehouseman (1871c) &
Asst. Manager in Cotton Mill

Married 1866 Sarah Ann ALLEN (details posted) she died 1876
Children Amy Alice b1877, Fred b1872 & Albert b1874

Married 1877 widow Martha JOHNSON (nee HITCHINGS) (details posted)
Children James Milne b1882, Ethel b1883, Elizabeth Ann b1884
(Clara Johnston dau of Martha Hitchings & George Johnston)

and

James ASHWORTH occ Hatter & Martha LEVER are a different couple

Also an Amy A Ashworth married a James Pilling Sept qtr 1912 Haslingden 8e 379, but I like the look of the Ladyhawk one!

Also no wonder I could not locate Amy Alice in 1871 they have mixed the age/status of Sarah A and Amy on a certain site RG10/4035/156/21
