Rather than running around in circles it would be best if you were to contact whatever embassy you refer to and ask what documents you actually do need for whatever your reason.

I would agree as there's nobody on here can answer that!!!

If you want to see the medal details you must buy them from the National Archives but there is usually very basic information on the card.
