Do you mean this signature? That can't be him because it is clearly stated to be someone vouching for him, presumably his father:

No that is on the last page the signature is on the 1st page  I have 3 pages ist one is the start page
and one Romily put on

Just looking at this 15 page thread on Family Tree Forum. All these issues, including the lack of a recruit signature on the 1886 attestation form, have been gone over before.

I’ve been trying to find my Grandfather since I first started looking in the late 1970’s.

I’ve posted about him on several Forums, I don’t see any problem with that.

I’ve finally cracked and ordered the Marriage Certificate for Richard Kean and Mary Ann Young…I’m just hoping that it has actual signatures on! 🤞🤞🤞

All DNA matches/WATO Charts, etc point to Richard Kean having been my Grandfather, - I’d just like some more evidence, - like a matching signature 😊😎
