Are you able to see her on 1911 census I don't have access
You have exactly the same access as I have - the 1911 census is only available on Scotland's People. Having said that I have failed so far to find the Morris family.
It guess it might just be that she deliberately gave the wrong dates 7 years is a lot but I've seen worse or better as the case may be.
I maybe wasn't she who got the dates wrong, though she might have done. It's quite common for women to 'lose' a few years off their age, especially if they marry a younger man.
