Thanks for the help Gadget.
I dont have their wedding dates, i have seen the one you mention in 1796 but wondered about it as im not sure of dob for william and jane either. If Elizabeth was the first child then 1806 is ten years after that date and also last child is Elinor in 1824 so if jane was born in 1773 the she would have been 51 at Elinors birth. Where did you find record that says she was 73 at death? i have not seen that. in 1841 c it shows 60 so as you say maximum 64?

This burial record seems to fit with the date of death on the will/admin.

I went through the will again and these were the names of the children that I could decipher:

Jane Hughs(?)
Elizabeth Moris
Rowland
Robert
William
Samuel
Griffith
Hannah
Eleanor

Add - apols  - I wrongly typed 1773 for her approx birth date . I meant to write 1777 i.e 1850-73

In the 1841, with son, Griffith, as the Miiler, they are living in the hamlet of Llaethdy, Amlwch. This fits with place of death.

I see that Hugh and Griffith were baptised in the Bethesda Methodist Chapel, Amlwch.  The other 'missing' baptisms might be in one of the listings of that chapel. Have you checked there for the others?

An online tree has Robert b. 1808  and Rowland b. 1809. No sources given.

Add - Do these dates match any census info for them.

Yes that burial records fits well as Llaeth du is found in census and on baptism of hannah, pen y lon is also mentioned on baptisms of griffith and elinor.
Did you find copy of burial at national archives?
RE will, i have found no records for Jane and Rowland in baptism or census.
bethesda methodist i have found hugh 1815, samuel 1817, griffith 1820 and hannah 1823.
other amlwch i have found eliz 1806 and elinor 1826 but not found william that you found 1810.
i have robert age 35 on 1841 c miller married to elizabeth ?? with children ann 15, amelia 8 and jane 6 but cant find any future census records for any of them.
Hugh is not mentioned in the will so maybe he died before will was written in 1847.

Are you sure it's Laeth du? All the old and modern maps and Google have it as Laethdy   - bach and mawr. Also the censuses record it as Laethdy    I see that there are a couple of 'melin' in the area - Adda Melin and Pentrefelin.

What sources are you using to find the family - Ancestry, Family Search or??

PS -  I think laethdy is 'dairy'. I know that laeth = milk and ty/dy = house
