ADDED
Frances is born Kings Cliff.  There is also a married daughter Emma Hall age 23 bn Kings Cliff, presumably Frances's daughter

Believe she is actually Emma BALL born 1827 , bap 27th November 1827 Kings Cliffe, Northt's, parents Edward & Frances.

Edward Ball married Frances Carrington 29th July 1816 Kings Cliffe.

Just to add a bit more info about Frances Carrington (Ball) (Swinfield) who married James Barlow.

Her husband Thomas Sinfield died aged 28 from a cold after trying to extinguish a fire and has an article in the Leicester Chronicle 31st March 1838.  :(  he married Frances Ball on 30th April 1837 at St Mary's P.C. Leicester. There is a copy of marriage on FindMyPast.
