1921 census has entries for people who worked at 32 High Street, Stratford for Yardley and Co, Perfumers, Soap and Box Manufacturers

Note, they are bapt dates you have for some of the children not birth dates.
I did notice a Paul/Elizabeth Kelly bapt children there same time frame.
1851 Paul is born c 1799 Isle of Wight, Kirkbradden
Possible James was from there also?
