The tree shows her  birthdate as 11.12.1900 father Abraham &  mother surname Cakingansky??

Where does she fit in your FH as tree shows only one child born to the marriage?

There is a tree on Ancestry with parental details of Mark only

Have you found them on the 1930 US census showing her birthplace

Buying a copy of the marriage cert will give her fathers name.  The tree shows her birth as 1900 England

Welcome to Rootschat

What a sad end. She drowned in the Leeds/Liverpool canal.  An open verdict was recorded but her husband gave evidence that she was highly strung & had received treatment for her nerves

There is a tree on Ancestry but no photos.  You could try contacting the tree owner in case he has some

She had a son Nicholas King born & died Sept qtr 1930.  Nicholas snr died June qtr 1930 so she was several months pregnant when she was widowed.

Looks like she gave birth to Mary Teresa either just before or just after the second marriage

Just had a thought about that tree you looked at.  Is the tree meant to include your mum but just has the wrong death?

If it’s not connected to your mum at all - can the tree owner shed any light on the real deceased person?

No Hursts on the one I looked at.

What date was the will actually made?

Re 1939 on Ancestry - I put Leicestershire in the county box & Wanlip Lane in the Keyword box & it produced 59 entries.

A random check of a few of the entries shows the address was shown as Barrow on Soar

You presumably have her full name from the will?   Does the will refer to her as Miss or Mrs - or neither?  Hopefully she wasn't Smith/Brown or Jones😂

If she was his niece - she was probably the daughter of one of his siblings so you could possibly identify her that way?

Depending where you live - you could check the ER's for the address at the RO?  Won't give much info apart from other residents

Have you already discounted the 1863 marriage in Shropshire for a Julia Corbett?  See freebmd
