1911 Welsh census has a 25yr old Viva Speers - married - living with Ernest & Henrietta Hill who have a 1yr old son called James Beckwith Hill

Henrietta was previously Speers

The 1908 birth reg quarter fits the month of birth given in 1939.  Wonder if she knocked a few years off because Noel was younger than her??

Doesn't appear to have been any children born to either marriage

She left a will - you can download a copy for £1.50 which may give some info.  She left a substantial sum of money - £350k

Buying a copy of either of the marriage certs will (hopefully) give her fathers name & occupation

GRO online shows mmn Daniel for the 1908 birth

The Govett marriage was 1935 - have you looked for her on the 1939 register

Have you found her on either the 1911 or 1921 census?

Duncan appears to have returned from Canada sometime between 1908 & 1915 as there is an outgoing passenger record for 1915

He is in a mental hospital in 1931 shown as married & died 1949 but his headstone doesn't mention Margaret

Can't find Margaret in 1931

Can't answer re the religious side but many of my ancestors were given surnames as middle names. 

Apart from one - none of the surnames connect to the FH so my conclusion was they were friends of the family.

3 females were given middles names of Bullock/McDonald/ Jackson

My paternal grandfather was given the middle name of Gilchrist because his eldest sister - born 22yrs previously - married a James Gilchrist a year before my grandfather was born.  That middle name was subsequently given to my brother - he hated it😡
