Technical Help / Sound on new TV is out of synch - ** Seems to have sorted itself out!

Bought my new TV after the other one packed up, delivered today. Was congratulating myself on fixing the stand to it, setting it all up and connecting to WiFi, after which the TV performed two software updates. But now the sound is out of synch. Unplugging it doesn't work.
Can anyone help please? It's a Panasonic TV, I don't have anything else attached to it.
(Have tried Google, the suggestions don't apply to my TV)
